Throughout her career, Amanda has developed a reputation for leadership, operational excellence, and relationship-driven business development. Her background spans business strategy, learning and development initiatives, and executive operations. She is skilled in implementing efficient systems, improving team performance, and retaining and applying industry knowledge to support continued organizational growth and leadership success.

Prior to becoming Owner of Premier Pro Shield Roofing, Amanda served as Office Manager for two roofing companies, where she played a key role in overseeing daily operations, improving workflow efficiencies, and supporting company growth. She also worked as a Sales Relationship Manager within the information technology and services industry, where she demonstrated expertise in client relations, technical support, event management, and sales strategy.
